The Energie Fitness Club on Leighton Road is everything you would expect from a members fitness club. The fitness club has been running for a number of years now and immediately on entrance the tone is set. You are greeted with a friendly welcome and the gym itself is spacious, clean and bright making for light and fresh atmosphere. Energie pride themselves on providing the highest level of customer service from all their fully qualified personal trainers. The gym is stocked with state of the art fitness equipment and fantastic facilities including steam rooms, sauna and jacuzzi and also offers over 30 types of classes with complete variety for all abilities.

Energie also offer the 'Empower Programme' which is free to our direct debit members and worth 80. This is a six week programme with a weekly consultation, nutritional guidance, exercise and eating programmes and with constant attention and assessment to guarantee the results you want. The programme is something very different compared with other gyms in the area and the offer is included in all membership packages.

Energie also have a fitness club at the not too far Liscombe Park site where you can expect all the same high quality service but in addition they have a swimming pool, crche and bar facilities and is also available for booking events.
