I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the service provided by your two operatives, Chris and Shane, who called at our church building on Tuesday to clear a toilet blockage. It transpired to be not a straightforward 'simple' job but they managed it in a very friendly, courteous, yet professional manner.
