Emily Sheehan & Lorna Perry, two local girls who have friends and family who have fought, or are fighting for this country have decided to do something to show their, and our appreciation.
The 'Famous Faces Charity Event' it is being held at the Leighton Buzzard Football Club on Saturday 5th June from 7.30-11.30 in aid of Help for Heroes.
Anyone is welcome at the event as we want to raise as much money for ours boys who we have lost and for those who are still fighting for our freedom.
"We have chosen this charity as it is close to our hearts Lornas father fighting in the falklands and with Emily knowing people who are fighting in active service at the moment and we chose this charity as we wanted to make as much money and awareness of a charity that is quite often forgotten".
There are only 100 tickets available and are priced at just £10 each - INCLUDES a full buffet. There is obviously a well stocked bar, fancy dress and a raffle with some fantastic prizes.
