On Feel Good Friday (3rd February) I will be donating £15 to Samaritans for every Reflexology or Reiki treatment given. For that day only the price of a treatment will be just £30, which means that 50% of what you pay will go to Samaritans!
Every year, 18,750 Samaritans volunteers support 5 million calls for help across the UK from people who might be struggling to cope. Samaritans are open 24:7, 365 days a year and need £10 million every year just to keep the service running – 96 per cent of this is funded by voluntary donations.
The money raised will help save lives. I aim to raise at least £100, enough to recruit 5 new volunteers to help Samaritans provide a life-saving service for the millions of cries for help they receive each year.
