‘Fiddler on the Roof’ Junior
in aid of MACMILLAN CANCER SUPPORT Leighton Buzzard Children’s Theatre
Tevye wishes he was a rich man but is indeed rich in tradition in the village of Anatevka where
his eldest daughters wish for a match from the matchmaker. The girls wishes and Tevyes do
not match and the audience are taken on a rollercoaster of comedy and sadness as the story
unfolds. A fully staged musical from Leighton Buzzard Children’s Theatre Youth section under
the direction of Sally Allsopp with musical direction from David Allsopp promises a musical feast
from this talented group of local youngsters aged 13-18. Musical numbers include ‘Tradition’
‘Do you love Me’ ‘If I were a rich Man’ and many more.
