An original Easter Pantomime called 'Humpty Dumpty and the Magic Egg' written by Leighton Buzzard Leaders, which is being performed by an all female cast made up of Bedfordshire Girlguiding members of all ages from six years old to over 65 years, and includes girls and leaders from Leighton Buzzardand.
The pantomime has been created by local members and has been successfully performed three times previously in the last sixteen years, the first in 1997, on a much smaller scale, so we know it works.
Following a successful Girlguiding Centenary Showcase variety performance by very enthusiastic members at The Grove Theatre, Dunstable, Bedfordshire last year, we decided that we would try something s bit different and take 'Humpty Dumpty' to this bigger venue.
The performances are 7pm on Saturday 31st March and 2pm and 7pm on Sunday 1st April 2012.
